Dear valued Customers,

Replacement policy
We will replace your faulty or damaged item if it is a fault of ours when damaged during shipping. One year warranty is given to all items for any mechanical or electrical issues in the M, W and Usex collection. 2 years warranty is given to any items sold in our Exclusive room.

For those items damaged during shipping, please take a picture of the damaged item and send it to us for vetting at admin@faioki.com and we will start the replacement process. We will notify you as soon as possible when process is vetted.

Warranty will be provided to mechanical or electrical issues during the warranty period, this will not include watch accuracy issues that is part of the design and known and conveyed to the buyer via item specification or user booklet or communication by Faioki. Normally there is an error rate of -4 to +6 seconds for mechanical watches which is a norm in the industry. Higher end watches like Rolex would bring it down to 2 seconds either side. 

Refund policy
Our policy is that we will provide a 14 days no question ask for a refund from the day the item is received by the customer.  The item must be returned in the original state and packaging at the expense of the customer.

If there is any dispute, it is our discretion to finalise any complaints after a fair review process by our complaints committee. Our ultimate goal is to have happy customers
